As a Consultant Manager at Pelmatic, you will become part of a dedicated team where we support, laugh, and challenge each other every day. With us, we take responsibility for both our results and for each other. We believe in creating joy at work in everything we do!

In this role, you are responsible for the entire journey: finding the right consultants in the healthcare profession through outbound sales, negotiating terms, matching them with our assignments, and building long-lasting relationships. You handle multiple conversations and relationships simultaneously and get energy from being in constant contact. The telephone is your primary tool, and you are comfortable with a high pace – on average, you make 80 calls per day.

Making good deals and negotiating is something that truly drives you, and you are motivated by both following and exceeding your budget. We monitor both activity and quality through clear measurements related to delivery, results, and performance.

A lot happens at once here! In this role, you handle multiple processes simultaneously, so your ability to prioritize and stay on track is a great strength. We work at a high pace and like to stay ahead – with a focus on quality in every contact. A truly good customer service is something we are proud of and is a natural part of how we drive business and build relationships.

You will:

  • Find and recruit talent: Actively seek out, interview, and qualify candidates.
  • Create sustainable relationships: Be the natural point of contact for new and existing consultants, with a focus on clarity, presence, and genuine interest.
  • Negotiate and close agreements: Negotiate terms, ensure smooth and clear agreements that create security for all parties.
  • Keep track of structure: Ensure that administration, documentation, and follow-up are in place – it is part of our pride in delivery.
  • Contribute to team success: Share ideas, help shape strategies, and contribute to an environment where we can both laugh and stand out with our results.
