Truck Station seeking summer workers for customer center in Skellefteå

About the job

With us at the customer center, you will be an important part of the team and one of the first contacts our customers have with us. You will answer emails and calls, assist with various matters, and ensure our customers receive fast and smooth service. The work is mainly done in our systems, and you will receive great support from your colleagues – we are a team of eight people who help each other and have a good atmosphere at work.

The position is at our head office in Skellefteå and working hours are weekdays, daytime.

Who are you?

You enjoy providing great service, are solution-oriented, and thrive when there's a bit of pace. You are comfortable talking to people, both on the phone and via email, and you are not afraid to take responsibility.

You are meticulous, flexible, and can juggle several things at once without losing structure.

We believe you have

• Good computer skills
• Good Swedish and English
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement
