Rental Coordinator
Description
We are looking for a rental coordinator for our workshop
Do you want a central role where structure, entrepreneurial spirit, and responsiveness are in focus? Do you thrive in an administrative role with many contact points, combining planning, service, and responsibility? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!
About the business
Our workshop in Grödinge, south of Stockholm, consists of about 10 employees working in rental, truck workshop, and machine workshop. Our workshop is in daily contact with our operational areas, providing our projects with machines, hand tools, etc. We repair, service, and maintain our machine fleet to ensure production runs according to schedule. Our rental operations play a central role in keeping production running.
About the role
As a rental coordinator, you help ensure our rental operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role is fundamentally administrative, but operational work will also be a focus. Coordinating and acting as the link between the rental department and the workshop will be a key part of your work, so collaboration and your commitment to an efficient and service-oriented workshop will be central.
You are the link between partners, colleagues, workshop, and systems, ensuring the right conditions are in place for equipment to be at the right place, at the right time – and in the right condition.
The role is both administrative and operational, suitable for someone who enjoys structure, planning, and daily contact with people. Your ability to communicate and prioritize your workday will not be a challenge, and your drive to develop and improve our rental operations is something you will truly look forward to!
A typical workday in the workshop will vary, but common tasks include:
· Streamlining the rental operations
· Updating and maintaining our systems
· Being a contact person and conducting ongoing dialogue with our various workshop departments and partners
· Cost monitoring and invoicing
· Updating price lists
· Inventory management
· Developing working methods and processes
We believe that you:
- Have experience in administration, preferably in workshop and rental environments
- Are structured, accurate, and have good planning and coordination skills
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are motivated by streamlining and developing operations
- Have good system experience with the Office package; experience with Hyrma and Next is a plus
- Can see the big picture and plan and prioritize your daily work
- Enjoy customer contact and have a service-oriented approach
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
