At 118100, we run one of Sweden's most well-known directory assistance services and we are now growing further. Therefore, we are looking for more appointment schedulers who want to work from home and be an important part of our sales.

🎯 About the role

As an appointment scheduler, you contact companies via phone and book meetings for our sales team. You work towards clear goals and are a key person in our growth.

The work involves:

• Contacting companies via phone
• Booking meetings for our salespeople
• Working towards daily and weekly goals
• Working structured from home

💡 We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident on the phone and enjoys talking to people
• Has drive and likes working towards goals
• Is disciplined and can work independently
• Have good spoken Swedish

Experience in appointment booking or sales is meritorious – but not a requirement. The right attitude is most important.
