At 118100, we operate one of Sweden's most well-known directory assistance services and are now growing further. Therefore, we are looking for more appointment setters who want to work from home and be an important part of our sales.

🎯 About the role

As an appointment setter, you contact companies by phone and book meetings for our sales team. You work towards clear goals and are a key person in our growth.

The work involves:

• Contacting companies by phone
• Booking meetings for our sales representatives
• Working towards daily and weekly goals
• Working in a structured manner from home

• Are comfortable on the phone and enjoy talking to people
• Are driven and like working towards goals
• Are disciplined and can work independently
• Have good spoken Swedish

Experience in appointment setting or sales is meritorious – but not a requirement. The right attitude is most important.
