Job responsibilities:

We are now looking for an engaged and structured coordinator for our office who wants to become an important part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating our assignments for both private individuals and corporate clients, ensuring that our customers receive professional and personal service throughout the process.

You will work closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, playing a central role in daily operations. The position suits someone who is service-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Job duties

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and plan assignments for private and corporate clients
  • Prepare agreements and administrative documents
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email
  • Send quotes and follow up on them
  • Work with customer contact and relationship building
  • Assist in administrative processes regarding invoices, orders, and purchases
  • Prepare and compile information and documentation
  • Act as an internal salesperson and contribute to the company's continued development

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in administrative work with similar tasks
  • Is very experienced in working digitally and has good computer skills
  • Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently (other languages are a plus)
  • Is social, responsible, and has good collaboration skills
  • Can work structured and independently even in a fast-paced environment

Experience from the cleaning or moving industry is meritorious.
