Are you a meticulous and structured accounting professional who wants a central role focusing on accounts receivable? Right now, Addbrand is looking for an accounts assistant for a parental leave cover, where you will be responsible for accounts receivable within the Addbrand Group.

Addbrand's vision is to be the leading wholesaler of printed matter in the Nordic region. We offer a broad range including envelopes, lightweight packaging, display products, and a variety of other paper-based products. Addbrand sells to the "graphical intermediary," which for Addbrand includes graphic companies, office supply companies, promotional companies, and advertising agencies across the Nordics.
To achieve our goals and meet customer needs, we continuously work to develop and broaden our product range. By listening to our resellers and actively monitoring the market, we ensure a constantly growing product portfolio. Group turnover in 2025 was approximately MSEK 345, and the total group employs around 100 people. Addbrand is located in Bankeryd (SE), Stockholm (SE), Gothenburg (SE), Svedala (SE), Drammen (NO), and Vejle (DK).
About the role
As an accounts assistant at Addbrand, you will be part of a finance team that currently consists of four colleagues. We are now looking for an accounts assistant for a parental leave cover.
You will work broadly within the finance function with main responsibility for accounts receivable. In addition, you will work with accounts payable and continuous bookkeeping. You take responsibility for your tasks while being part of a team where collaboration and team spirit are essential to achieve common goals.
The role involves both internal and external contacts, which requires good communication and cooperation skills. Furthermore, you will become an important part of Addbrand's improvement work, contributing alongside the team to develop and update routines and working methods to create even more efficient and smooth processes.
Main responsibilities:
· Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and dunning
· Work with accounts payable
· Continuous bookkeeping
· Bank reconciliations
· Update and follow routines for receivables management
· Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the finance area
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance. Previous experience as an accounts assistant is meritorious but not required. As a person, you are responsible, curious, have a structured approach, and enjoy taking initiative.
