
Reinvestment Supervisor
Description
The Water and Wastewater Operations department is responsible for socially important services including production and distribution of drinking water as well as wastewater treatment. We have 200 miles of water and sewer mains underground and need an efficient organization that can handle both planned and unexpected events.
We are now looking for a driven and structured supervisor for our reinvestment team, who can remain calm even when the pace is high.
Work Duties
As a supervisor, you lead several work teams that primarily work on reinvestment of the water and sewer network. The tasks involve, in agreement with the project manager, staffing assignments based on operational disruptions and internal orders, using both own staff and external resources. We work on continuously improving our operations, and you are an important part of that work.
You support the network technicians in their detailed planning of assignments. In consultation with the project manager, you obtain permits and information so that the work can be carried out safely and in cooperation with stakeholders such as the Swedish Transport Administration, other utility owners, municipalities, and private individuals.
A very important part of the work is that operations are carried out in a safe manner regarding the work environment. You are responsible for ensuring that staff follow established work environment plans, and you check this continuously by conducting safety inspections.
Education and Experience
We see that you have:
- Experience in systematic work environment management and have training BAS-P/U
- Experience in civil engineering work within water and wastewater
- Experience in supervision
- Experience working with food
- Good computer skills are required to use our operational systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Driving license B
Personal Qualities
In our operations, we handle unforeseen events, such as emergency water leaks. In such situations, it is good to be able to handle stressful situations and be a skilled problem solver with good cooperation skills.
It is important that you are thorough and quality-conscious in your work approach. To succeed in the role, you need good communication skills as well as being self-driven and taking initiative.

Location Leksand.
On-call duty may be included (currently every 6th week).
