Account Manager for Personal Assistance, Arabic-speaking

We are now looking for a new colleague for our fresh office in central Helsingborg! We are seeking an account manager for personal assistance who wants to take responsibility for ensuring that our assignments run smoothly in everyday life, for both clients and assistants.

This is a role for someone who likes to stay on top of things, build relationships, and solve problems as they arise.

About the role

As an account manager, you are responsible for a number of clients and their personal assistance. You have a central role where you act as the link between clients, relatives, and assistants. You ensure that assignments work in practice and that quality remains high.

The work is varied. Some days everything runs smoothly, while other days require quick decisions and solutions. The job requires being meticulous, structured, and having the ability to prioritize. Administrative tasks are also included, such as basic bookkeeping and mail handling.

Responsibilities

• You maintain ongoing contact with clients and relatives

• You plan staffing and schedules

• You recruit and introduce new assistants

• You follow up on assignments and work with quality

• You handle documentation and administrative tasks

• You support assistants in their daily work

Qualifications

• You speak and write fluent Swedish and Arabic

• You have experience in personal assistance

• You are structured and solution-oriented

• You are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions

• You have a strong ability to build relationships

Meritorious

• Experience in team leadership or similar role

• Knowledge of the LSS Act and assistance compensation
