About the Company

Roventum is active in the sales, service, and repair of laundry equipment, white goods, and heat pumps. Our customers are mainly private property owners, housing associations, and municipal housing companies, but we also provide service to private individuals. Roventum's operations are based in Sundsvall but also have established offices in Gävle and Umeå. The company is part of the Fenix Holding AB group with approximately 500 employees, of which 30 are employed at Roventum.

About the Position

As a Service Technician, you will mainly work with the service and repair of white goods, heat pumps, and laundry equipment.

You are responsible for planning and coordinating service assignments, carrying out the technical execution of the assignment, and reporting deficiencies in material or work. The job is independent and varied; you largely control your daily work together with our customers and your colleagues. The position is based in Kramfors, but you will belong to our unit in Sundsvall.

Qualifications

You have general technical knowledge, and we preferably see that you have some form of electrical training.

As a person, we want you to be driven, committed, and have a positive attitude towards the task with a strong interest in technology. You are social and enjoy working in a service-oriented manner where the customer's needs are in focus. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities since we work as a team.

We believe that you are confident and have self-assurance when meeting new people. Furthermore, you are open to change and easily adapt to new conditions. You are structured in your approach and drive your processes independently with a good ability to make your own decisions. We also believe that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have developed problem-solving skills combined with a solution-focused mindset.

A valid driver's license (B class) is required.
