Caretaker / Property Manager

We are looking for a caretaker/property manager for our facilities used as temporary accommodation for seasonal employees. The facilities are located in the municipalities of Lycksele and Vindeln.

Job duties

You will be responsible for service, maintenance, and repairs of buildings and inventory. The work also includes simpler repairs in plumbing, electricity, and carpentry as well as painting work.

The duties also include purchasing consumables and inventory.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• responsible
• self-driven
• flexible and able to work both independently and in a team
• structured and able to plan and prioritize your work
• Driver's license B is a requirement
• Driver's license B+E is meritorious

• Workplace: Lycksele
• Type of employment: Fixed-term employment
• Period: As soon as possible until October 30, 2026
• Salary: According to collective agreement, taking experience into account
