Process Operator at Vinsta Texas Food Company

Would you like to work hands-on in food production where quality, responsibility, and teamwork are key?

We are now looking for a process operator for our production facility in Vinsta, western Stockholm, where you will become part of a smaller, tight-knit team in a growing business.

With us, you will have a varied role in production, with opportunities to develop over time and take on more responsibility as you grow into the role.

About the position

As a process operator, you work with manufacturing and packaging of various food products. We have three areas: cold and hot production, and meat preparation. You will be involved from raw materials and recipes to finished product. Our products are delivered to both grocery stores and restaurants across the country, products we are very proud of.

The work includes, among other things:

· Following recipes and production instructions

· Working with and monitoring production and packaging machines

· Ensuring quality, hygiene, and order in production

· Collaborating closely with colleagues to maintain pace and quality

The role is both practical and responsible. You need to enjoy hands-on work in production, but also be able to take initiative and work independently when required.

We are looking for someone who

· Has at least a high school education

· Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (English is a plus)

· Can work shifts

· Experience in food production or the restaurant industry

· Experience working with industrial machinery or production

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who enjoys working at a sometimes high pace. Since the role involves handling food, we have high demands on hygiene in the work. Therefore, we would like you to be meticulous and structured in your approach.
