Elanders Sweden AB specializes in Supply Chain Solutions and Print Solutions. Our 120 employees operate in two locations in Sweden: the 3PL hub and head office in Borås, and our digital printing facility in Stockholm.

Together, we deliver solutions that cover all or parts of our customers' supply chains, depending on their needs.

What does the role offer?

As an employee in Premedia and Prepress at Elanders, you will have a central and production-close role focused on digital print. You become an important link between project managers, customers, and production, responsible for ensuring that print materials maintain the right quality and function optimally in our daily workflow.

You will work with both small, quick jobs and larger, more complex productions. This requires structure, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize. But it also means variation, pace, and development.

We see this role as more than just operational delivery. We want to continue developing our Premedia function and workflows over time, so we are looking for someone who also wants to contribute ideas, improvements, and an interest in smarter ways of working and increased automation.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will work with:

• Operational prepress work with a focus on digital print

• Checking, correcting, and adapting print originals

• Preflight and quality control of PDF files

• Daily work in Adobe Acrobat and Adobe InDesign

• Production-close collaboration with project managers and print production

• Customer contact in connection with file handling and production

• Handling both small, quick jobs and larger productions in parallel

Who are you?

You have graphic education or equivalent experience from prepress or graphic production. You are confident in operational work, accustomed to taking responsibility for delivery quality, and thrive in an environment where things need to work every day.

You have very good knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, especially in preflight, checking, and file handling. You also have very good knowledge of Adobe InDesign and a good understanding of printing techniques, color management, and imposition.

Additionally, experience with digital printing is highly meritorious. Experience with Enfocus PitStop is also important, and if you have also worked with Enfocus Switch, we see it as an extra plus.

But we also believe the role requires more than technical competence. You need to be a person who likes to get details in order and is solution-oriented. You communicate clearly and thrive in a context where production and improvement run in parallel.
