Production Worker LESSEBO - Blending Chemical Technical Manufacturing

At Tensia, we are in a constant growth phase and are now looking for an engaged, cooperative, and reliable production worker to join our team!

The position is full-time (100%) and involves working during daytime, Monday to Friday.

You will be a key part of our manufacturing process where order, efficiency, and above all accuracy are crucial to achieving common goals.

Together with colleagues, you will primarily ensure that our various products are mixed correctly - our customers set high standards and so do we.

Unloading, loading, and filling may also occur in the role.

Job duties:

• Mix and manufacture various chemical technical agents
• Monitor and quality assure production according to current procedures
• Adjust and adapt machines as needed
• Perform heavy lifts safely and ergonomically
• Collaborate closely with colleagues for safe and efficient work.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good at collaborating – you will work closely with the production manager and other colleagues.
• Accurate – the mixing process places high demands on correct ratios during manufacturing.
• Forklift license
