Do you have service experience and enjoy helping others in their daily lives? Do you have an interest in IT and like working in a high-paced environment with many contact surfaces? Then we can offer you a summer substitute position in an eventful and socially important operation.
The Contact Center is a central support function that provides service and support to employees of the Government Offices of Sweden as well as Sweden's embassies and consulates around the world. You will become an important part in ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your main tasks involve providing support and service to users regarding IT equipment such as computers, mobile phones, and smart cards. The work includes registering, supplementing, prioritizing, and following up on cases that come to the Contact Center via in-person visits, phone, and digital channels. The role includes performing initial simple troubleshooting and guiding users on how to use equipment and digital tools in their work. The work is structured in a case management system where you continuously document the measures taken.
You belong to the Section for Support through Visits, which is a central part of the Administration Department's coordinated deliveries. The section consists of about 25 colleagues and functions as a hub for operational support. The work is characterized by a high pace with many parallel cases and broad contact surfaces, where you daily meet users with various needs related to IT equipment, authorizations, and workplace-related services.
Your Background
You have a completed upper secondary education and experience in service work where personal service has been a central part of the role. You have good knowledge of the functionality of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops, as well as a general IT understanding. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you have experience in customer support and have worked in environments with many contact surfaces, parallel processes, high pace, and clear deadlines. Experience with Apple products and iOS is also meritorious, as is current competence in MS Office.

You have a natural interest in technological development and environmental monitoring, as well as a desire to broaden your competence areas to support other parts of the operation if needed. The position is a summer substitute and a security clearance will be conducted before a decision on employment is made. The position is security classified.
