Furniture Carpenter

Swedese has been manufacturing high-quality design furniture since 1945, creating furniture that touches people and adds function and beauty to their daily lives. We are now looking for upholsterers and machine carpenters for our operations in Vaggeryd.

We are looking for someone who is focused on the task, flexible, has a positive attitude towards performing various tasks, and is easy to collaborate with. For you to thrive, it is important that you enjoy working practically and have a good sense of quality and good order. You speak, read, and understand Swedish well and have a completed upper secondary education.

We are looking for:

- Upholsterers to upholster fabric and sheepskin, assemble different parts of the furniture, and packing. This may also involve reupholstering previously manufactured products.

- Employees for our machine carpentry workshop for sanding and other processing of wooden details.

Experience

For you to thrive, we believe that you are handy and enjoy working with your hands. You are flexible and readily switch between different work steps and tasks. You find it easy to cooperate with different people and have the ability to work independently, with focus, and with good quality. You have a positive basic attitude towards work and colleagues.

Place of work: Vaggeryd

Working hours: daytime 06:45–16:00, Fridays 06:45–13:30

Start: as soon as possible

Employment: permanent employment with probationary period or fixed-term employment
