Housekeeper 50% at Brofästet, social work cooperative

Brofästet is now looking for a confident, responsible and service-oriented housekeeper at 50%.

Brofästet is a social work cooperative providing accommodation, employment and social community for people, from age 18, with substance abuse issues and mental health problems.

As a housekeeper at Brofästet, you play a central role in creating a pleasant, well-functioning and homelike environment for residents and staff. You work independently but in close cooperation with other staff.

Job duties

• Planning and preparing meals
• Purchasing and ordering food and supplies
• Cleaning common areas
• Laundry and basic textile care
• Responsibility for order, comfort and practical tasks in the operations
• Responsibility for certain food ordering and staying within budget
• Contribute to a safe and positive daily life for residents

Qualifications

• Experience in similar work (e.g., housekeeper, kitchen, service or care) is meritorious
• Good ability to organize and take responsibility
• Independent, flexible and solution-oriented
• Good collaboration skills and a warm demeanor
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
