In May, the doors open to Trollhättan's newest Steakhouse at Etage. We will be working with lunches, meat, burgers, and chicken and more, and are therefore looking for staff who want to be part of our team.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a kitchen or grill. Knowledge of Swedish home cooking is a plus.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who wants to come to work every day, has plenty of energy, and enjoys interacting with customers.

Someone with experience in preparing large quantities of food in a short time: Swedish home cooking and American-style food on our à la carte menu.

Someone who is service-oriented, enjoys a fast pace, and can step up when things get busier.


What you will do

  • Process our wonderful raw ingredients into fantastic finished products.
  • Prepare à la carte dishes according to our recipes.
  • Prepare food for both lunch and à la carte.
  • Provide customer service – answer questions and guide customers to a great experience with us.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order.


We are looking for someone who is committed, positive, stress-resistant, and values close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You should be able to cooperate easily with your colleagues, work according to the requirements of the operations manager, and also be able to set requirements for your colleagues.

We strive to be a workplace where staff can have fun and enjoy their work, even if it can sometimes be very stressful. The working hours are favorable for the industry, as we close at 19:00 on weekdays and 17:00 on weekends. The position will include some weekend work according to the schedule.
