We're growing like crazy! Now we're looking for an experienced restaurant worker for a full-time position (permanent) and two workers for weekends.

At Café Linnéa in Häradsbäck, we do things for real. We focus wholeheartedly on the guest and the food. Everything is made from scratch – from the classic Swedish home cooking on the lunch menu to the homemade pastries. Now we are entering an expansive phase and are looking for you who want to help shape our continued journey.

Your role with us

As part of our small, tight-knit team, your contribution is directly crucial. With us, no one is just "one of the crowd" – we value short decision-making paths and give you plenty of room to influence and develop the business.

• Full-time position: A permanent employment for you who wants overall responsibility and to be a driving force in daily operations.

Summer highlight: In addition to our cooking, we gear up for summer with a major focus on premium ice cream – a favorite that requires both speed and a contagious smile!

• Have experience: You are comfortable in a restaurant environment and have worked in the industry before.
• For the full-time position: We are looking for you who are at least 20 years old.
• Are passionate about service: You have a genuine focus on customer service and understand that it's the small details that make the guest's experience magical.
• Are a team player: You thrive in a small team where we help each other with everything and spread positive energy.
