Spa Hostess/Waitress

We are looking for a Spa Hostess & Server

Would you like to work in a calm and inspiring environment where service, well-being, and guest experience are in focus? We are now looking for an engaged and service-minded person to work in a combined role as spa hostess, receptionist, and server with us.

About the position

The position is a varied role where you work both in the reception, in the spa area, and with serving. You are often the first person our guests meet and therefore play an important role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience from the start.

The work involves handling bookings, emails, and phone calls, guiding guests in the spa, and serving food and drinks in our restaurant section. You also help keep our facilities clean, organized, and inviting. Working hours vary across daytime and evening as well as Saturdays.

The position suits someone who thrives in a social environment, enjoys varied tasks, and is passionate about service and guest experiences.

Duties

• Handle bookings, emails, and phone calls
• Provide information about the spa, treatments, and facilities
• Act as a hostess in the spa area and ensure guests feel comfortable
• Serve food and drinks
• Maintain order and create a pleasant environment for guests

Meriting

• Has previous experience in restaurant work
