The Crib by Retro is located in central Stockholm and offers a relaxed and cozy environment where friends, families, colleagues, and acquaintances can enjoy good food and drinks.

We are a natural meeting place for many, whether you want to watch sports, join our popular after work, or simply unwind with a dinner, a cold beer, or a well-mixed cocktail at the bar.

We are looking for a driven and dedicated bartender who wants to become part of our team. We offer an 80% permanent position starting with a probation period. Work is mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends, when the business is most active.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a social personality and a sense of service, with the ability to provide personal and professional service to our guests.
• Is good at recommending drinks and contributing to upselling.
• Is responsible and ensures that laws and guidelines are followed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle stress effectively.
• Is proactive, self-driven, and a team player.
• Has a positive attitude towards work and a strong work ethic.

We appreciate if you have experience working in a bar, but newly graduated and quick learners are also welcome to apply. Our drink menu is extensive and includes a wide selection of beers, wines, cocktails, and other beverages – feel free to visit our website for more information.

Your tasks:

As a bartender, you are responsible for:

• Serving drinks to serving staff via our bong system and taking orders directly from guests.
• Preparing for each shift and ensuring the bar is clean, organized, and follows routines.
• Prepping and closing the bar for the next day.
• Contributing to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
