
CHEF / COLD BUFFET CHEF
Description
We smoke meat and vegetables with oak wood in our Millscale smoker, cook from scratch without frozen products or semi-finished goods, and with great passion. We are looking for someone who wants to learn to work like this and has basic experience working cleanly, quickly, and consistently, with a passion for food and craftsmanship. We grow our own vegetables and herbs in season.
Långängens gård is located in the beautiful nature reserve Långängen on Lidingö. We are an 18th-century farm and, in addition to our bistro/restaurant, also host weddings and other events.
Långängens gård has been a café since the 1950s, but is increasingly turning into a pleasant bistro with a strong focus on food. A dream job for the passionate chef!
About the position:
We are currently looking for a chef with extra responsibility. Primarily for service 08:00 - 16:30 Wednesday - Sunday. But who can also help during event evenings when needed.
We are looking for someone who has been a chef or cold buffet chef for 2+ years.
