🩺 About the position

We are looking for a licensed nurse with an interest in primary care. In this role, you will:

• Work with reception activities, including scheduled and emergency visits.
• Provide telephone advice and triage to assess care needs and refer patients to the appropriate care level.
• Book and coordinate annual check-ups and other scheduled visits.
• Collaborate with doctors and other professionals to ensure an efficient care process.
• Contribute to the development of our routines and processes to improve patient care.

The work requires good communication skills and the ability to make quick and correct decisions based on the patient's description of symptoms.

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications

• Licensed nurse.
• Experience in primary care is meritorious.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of the medical record system PMO is an advantage.
