District nurse/nurse

Vårdcentralen Smeden is a pleasant and well-established primary care center serving approximately 12,000 registered patients. The center offers nurse consultations, doctor consultations, pediatric consultations, laboratory services, district nurse consultations, child health care, chronic disease management, psychotherapy, counseling, rehabilitation coordination, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy. We are also developing digital services and receive patients via chat.

We are a privately-owned primary care center with an agreement with Region Sörmland through Health Choice. The center is located in central Eskilstuna in a rapidly growing area. The company is part of a small group that also includes Occupational Health Services and a Vaccination Clinic. Our owners consist of 47 local businesses.

Your responsibilities

Telephone advice/booking in TeleQ and digital advice are part of the daily work and are among our most important tools. Office work, vaccinations, and minor emergency care where you as a nurse have significant personal responsibility when assessing patients.

Your qualifications

A requirement is that you are a Licensed Nurse, preferably with further education in outpatient health and medical care and a few years of experience. Previous work at a primary care center or outpatient clinic is meritorious. We appreciate if you are comfortable with patient triage and confident in making independent decisions and assessments.

You must speak Swedish fluently and have good computer skills. You should be accustomed to working independently but actively participate in the team. You should be confident in your professional role and interested in providing high medical quality.
