Assistant Nurse to Specialized Palliative Unit in Central Stockholm

We are a specialized palliative inpatient care unit that has recently opened in central Stockholm. Our unit focuses on providing high-quality care and support to patients with life-threatening illnesses, with a holistic perspective on both physical and psychosocial care.

A positive, engaged, and warm person who wants to become part of our dedicated team. You will play a crucial role in providing our patients and their families with the best possible care and support during a difficult time.

Job duties

Provide palliative care and support to patients with life-threatening illnesses.

Work closely with the care team to ensure safe and dignified care.

Document in TakeCare and follow up patients' conditions and well-being.

Participate in care planning and team meetings to contribute to a good work environment.

Qualifications

Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Assistant nurse education

Experience in palliative care or inpatient care is meritorious but not required.
