Carpenter in Östhammar Municipality

We also provide property services and around-the-clock on-call service. Our business concept is to offer all our customers high-quality, environmentally adapted, and for each occasion tailored and cost-effective services and products after reviewing each individual situation and customer need. We provide construction services for municipalities, property companies, industries, insurance companies, associations, and private individuals.

In this position, you will work together with skilled colleagues with a variety of tasks that include, among other things, insurance damage repairs, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and remodeling. The work is mainly carried out in Östhammar Municipality. Within the company, you will have opportunities for competence development in the areas you work with.

We would prefer that you are a carpenter with a professional certificate and experience from the construction industry. Furthermore, you master Swedish in speech and writing.

High social competence and a sense of service are something we value. You need to be handy and have good knowledge in various carpentry work. The work is largely carried out independently, but there are also tasks that you perform together with your colleagues, making collaboration skills an important attribute.

As an employee, you are the company's face externally and are responsible for contact with property managers, tenants, and contractors. We are therefore looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-driven, and orderly, with a positive attitude and demeanor.

Requirements:

• Class B driver's license
• Professional certificate or 5 years of experience as a carpenter
