Working construction manager for restaurant renovations

We are looking for a working construction manager for renovation, primarily of restaurant premises. You will work both in a team and independently at our clients' sites.

The work is varied and may include carpentry, tiling, assembly, painting, and other types of construction work.

You are expected to be able to plan and carry out work independently as well as lead small teams of workers through projects. You have direct contact with salespeople and designers and are responsible for the implementation of various projects.

Training in hot work, safe water handling, boom lift license, etc., is meritorious.

We operate mainly in Stockholm and Östergötland. The position is primarily based in Linköping, but it is positive if you can travel when needed.

We are a full-service provider within design, construction, interior design, and equipment for public spaces, primarily restaurants, hotels, and offices. With our own designers and in-house construction organization, we help the client from start to finish with designing and building the premises, as well as selling all the interior design and equipment needed for the client's operations.
