Estimator

NOAK Golv is one of the region's largest flooring companies, focusing on quality, precision, and long-term customer relationships. We work on everything from small projects to larger contracts and are now seeking a key person for quantity takeoff and estimation.

About the role:

As an Estimator with us, you are responsible for calculating projects from inquiry to completed quote. You play an important part in ensuring profitable deals and smooth execution.

Responsibilities:

• Quantity takeoff for flooring and ceiling projects from drawings and documents
• Cost estimation and preparation of bids
• Contact with suppliers for pricing
• Support to project managers and site supervisors
• Follow-up of estimates against actual outcomes

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in estimation within construction or flooring
• Is meticulous and structured
• Has a good understanding of drawings
• Is self-driven but enjoys working in a team
• Has experience in Excel and Geometra

Meritorious:

• Experience from the flooring industry
• Financial understanding / project follow-up
• Local knowledge of the region
