
Service Technician / Door Technician
Description
Do you want to work in a free and independent role where you represent Europe's leading door company? As a service technician at Hörmann, you will become a central part of our team in the Stockholm region. You will work closely with our customers in industry, property, and logistics, and enjoy a varied day filled with technology, problem-solving, and customer contact.
You will join a service-oriented team that services and maintains doors, gates, docking stations with loading docks, and weather seals. The work consists of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and system development. You plan your workdays together with the service coordinator and colleagues to ensure high quality and satisfied customers.
On-call duty is included according to schedule.
Job Responsibilities
· Be the face of Hörmann and deliver top-class service.
· Perform service, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of doors, drive systems, and docking equipment.
· Work according to current service agreements with preventive maintenance.
· Identify improvement and upselling opportunities with customers.
· Work with digital reporting and documentation.
· Participate in on-call work in the region.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for you who have:
· Knowledge of doors, gates, lifts, or similar systems.
· Experience in technical work within mechanics, electrical, automation, or industry.
· Good ability to read manuals, instructions, and drawings.
· System familiarity and confidence in digital work tools.
· Driver's license class B.
· Good Swedish in speech and writing.
· High safety awareness and ability to work in a structured manner.
