About the role

We are now looking for a Documentation Technician for a consultant assignment in technical construction documentation with a focus on electrical and building-related CAD documentation.

The role involves working with technical documentation related to electrical and plant systems. You ensure that drawings, schematics, and documentation are correct, up-to-date, and adapted for operation, maintenance, and future renovations.

Examples of tasks

• Creation and updating of technical documentation according to standards
• Electrical schematics, layouts, and component lists
• Documentation adapted for operation, maintenance, and future reconstruction
• Coordination between electrical, control, and protection systems
• As-built documentation after completed changes
• Documentation in AutoCAD and GIS

Qualifications (requirements)

• Documented education in CAD
• Documented education in GIS
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in CAD, electrical documentation, or technical documentation
• Experience from at least one relevant and completed assignment in the field within the last 3 years
• Experience working with drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Good understanding of electrical systems and technical drawings
• Knowledge of relevant standards in technical documentation
• Fluency in Swedish and English in both speech and writing

Meriting experience

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in technical documentation of electrical networks and facilities
• EBR ESA-E1 certification
• Experience in electrical power, construction, or infrastructure
• Experience with as-built documentation
• Experience working according to requirements from public clients
• Accustomed to working in structured documentation processes
