Right now we are looking for staff who can start with an introduction immediately, with the possibility of a permanent position after the introduction.

I live in Borgsjöbyn and would prefer if you are able to get here on your own, as public transport is limited.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, empathetic, and able to work independently. You are responsible, flexible, and able to make your own decisions. Attentiveness, respect for others' lifestyles, and a solution-oriented attitude are important qualities. Social competence and personal maturity are highly valued.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

About the work

As my assistant, you will support me in daily life, both in my home and wherever I am. The tasks include, among other things:

• Walks
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Personal hygiene

Shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and night according to a schedule. Working hours vary between 24-hour shifts from 08-06, day shifts from 08-17, and evening/night shifts from 18-06, both weekdays and weekends, with on-call duty at night.

You do not need specific healthcare training, but it is considered an advantage. The most important thing is that we work well together. Please note that there are pets in the home, so you should not be allergic.
