Description

Do you want to help create good matches for children with your heart in the right place? Then this could be the role for you!

Hemnovia works with family home care and outpatient care, and we are now strengthening our team with a committed and driven placement coordinator. In this role, you will become the hub that creates structure and efficiency throughout the placement process. You ensure that care for children and young people is provided with high quality and good results.

The role involves actively receiving, assessing, and managing placement inquiries and converting them into well-functioning matches. You work closely with both family homes and clients, and you play an important role in finding solutions that work both in the short and long term.

You have a strong focus on results and thrive in a role where you are expected to take initiative, be persistent in your dialogues, and actively drive processes forward. You are confident in making contact, following up, and seeing cases through to completion, and you have a natural ability to build trust while maintaining pace and direction in your work.

Your efforts lead to better matches, higher quality, and free up time for family home consultants. You will receive a thorough introduction and support in your professional development, working closely with family home consultants and the department manager. With us, you become part of a competent team where community, development, and quality are central.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and streamlining recruitment and placement processes.
  • Ensuring that the match between children/young people and family homes is as good as possible.
  • Driving placement processes forward and actively working to facilitate good matches.
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with family homes and following up on family home recruitment.
  • Collaborating with clients and contributing to professional and trust-based dialogues.
  • Marketing and evaluation to continuously improve our working methods.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Experience in social work and good knowledge of children's needs and conditions.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships.
  • Structured and goal-oriented working methods.
  • Ability to drive work forward and convert needs into concrete solutions.
  • Confidence in making decisions and professional assessments.
  • Ability to work at a sometimes fast pace while maintaining quality.
