What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you will support the user in everyday situations, which may include personal hygiene, household chores, shopping, and accompanying to activities and meetings. Your work is tailored to the user's needs and wishes, with the goal of promoting an independent and fulfilling life.

Qualifications

• Experience in care work or similar is meritorious but not required
• Personal qualities such as being humble, flexible, and responsive are what we are looking for
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
