Home Service Supervisor

IB-Rent was founded as a family business in cleaning services already in 1981 in Nybro. Today, the company has grown to operate throughout Kalmar County.

In your role as a supervisor in our home service department, you spread a positive attitude and lead by being a role model. You have the ability to build relationships and communicate clearly with both employees and customers. You work in a structured manner, have a developed ability to prioritize, and are motivated by finding solutions.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an eventful and changing environment and has the ability to show understanding for the business you work in. In the role of supervisor with us, some common tasks may include logistics planning, operations, staffing, contact with suppliers, sick leave management, and more.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with cleaning experience and a sense of quality. You should have the ability to see what needs to be done and be able to prioritize. You enjoy working in a group, have social skills, and the ability to collaborate with both customers and colleagues. The following qualities and knowledge are meritorious:

Swedish is a requirement. It is meritorious if you have completed SRY or equivalent other cleaning training.

The position is based in Kalmar, but you will work throughout the county.
