As a team leader at Special Cleaning, you get a central role where you lead a small team, plan the daily work, and ensure that production runs smoothly. You work closely with sales in planning and costing, and you yourself spend much of your time out in the operations. You don't lead from the sidelines—you lead by being present.

Your background is less important than your attitude. If you have experience from construction, remediation, or property, that's a plus. If you have had formal or informal responsibility, that's also a strength. If you have run your own business before, you already know what it takes.
