Montessoriskolan in Norrtälje is an independent primary school with approximately 500 students in the academic year 26/27. We are centrally located on Stockholmsvägen, close to both nature and the city's amenities. Here, teaching is permeated by the fundamental ideas of Montessori pedagogy, focusing on the student's individual development, curiosity, and responsibility.

The Position

We are looking for a certified teacher in Home and Consumer Studies for grades 6-9.

As a teacher with us, you will work together with a committed and experienced collegium. Together, you will create high-quality teaching where each student's development is in focus. You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching with the student's interests, motivation, and potential as a starting point.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in Home and Consumer Studies for grades 6-9

• Has a good ability to translate the curriculum and governing documents into practical teaching

• Is a confident and clear leader in the classroom

• Finds it easy to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians

• Has a great commitment and wants to contribute to the school's development
