Experienced Childcare Worker wanted

We are looking for a driven trained childcare worker who, with playful imagination and professional skill, can contribute to developing our operations. You are a person who loves to create creative learning environments, but also sees the value in building clear routines and structure for both children and colleagues.

About us:

Ängbybarnens preschools in Norra Ängby, Bromma have been run as an independent operation since 2008. Our vision is to strengthen children's self-esteem by listening to their experiences and creating an environment free from judgments. We work project-oriented and with an approach based on empathic communication (NVC), which permeates our daily life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience as a childcare worker and masters the craft of the profession.
• Is structured and can create order and clarity.
• Has a playfulness and sees opportunities to create creative learning environments.
• Is driven and initiative-taking
• Has an interest in NVC and wants to strengthen children's ability to express feelings and needs.
