Leisure Educator/Resource Person

Kristna skolan Oasen is an independent school based on Christian values. We currently have 130 students from preschool class to grade 9, as well as after-school activities. We are looking for a trained leisure educator to serve as a resource person during school hours. In the after-school program, your main tasks are to work together with other educators to ensure a good and high-quality after-school care. Your mission is to stimulate students' development and learning, as well as offer them meaningful leisure time and recreation. You will work to promote diverse contacts and social community.

You should be positive, solution-focused, flexible, and adaptable. Furthermore, you need to be patient and skilled at meeting the child at their level. Applicants must have good leadership skills and be able to handle stress. You participate with a positive and generous attitude in the school's collegial learning and collaboration. You are well familiar with the after-school program's curriculum.

You must have a working approach where flexible thinking is a natural part, good collaboration skills, and a willingness to create good relationships is obvious. Good judgment and high integrity are important as we want you to be an adult role model for the students. It is also important that you can stand for the school's Christian profile.
