Kristna skolan Oasen is an independent school based on Christian values. We currently have about 130 students from preschool class to grade 9 with after-school activities. As a subject teacher in music, you will be part of a team with teachers and support staff. You will actively participate in developing the school's educational activities. The work consists of planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing teaching together with the team based on the organization's goals. You must clearly work with our knowledge goals and knowledge requirements so that students are motivated and achieve good results in their development, both socially and academically. You use varied working methods and base your approach on each student's thinking and knowledge.

You are a structured and well-planned person who creates engagement in your teaching. You enjoy collaboration and want to actively contribute to the development of the organization. You have a good ability to plan and organize both your own and the students' work effectively, and you build a safe and trusting classroom climate where all students get to be heard. It is also important that you can stand behind and represent the school's Christian profile. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
