Relationship-building Study and Career Counselor (SYV) for the CIS Group

About the role

This is a central and development-oriented role where you combine networking with local businesses with study and career guidance from a communicative and strategic perspective. You work closely with both students and management and actively contribute to shaping how we develop and present our programs.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the SYV mission across the entire group, focusing on highlighting opportunities and creating clear development paths for our students.
• Inspire and counsel students in their future choices, from elementary school to high school and beyond.
• Build strong relationships internally with school management, teachers, and sports clubs.
• Develop collaborations with local businesses to create relevant contacts, mentorships, and opportunities for internships and holiday work.
• Work closely with group management together with the Vice President and Marketing Manager, contributing to developing our programs based on the needs of the outside world.
• Ensure that information about study choices, opportunities, and paths forward is clear and accessible to students.

• Is a trained study and career counselor or has equivalent experience.
• Has a genuine commitment to youth development and future choices.
• Is communicative, relationship-building, and enjoys working both strategically and operationally.
• Has an understanding of how education, work, and society interact.
• Wants to be part of developing an organization where quality and long-term thinking are in focus.
• Is self-driven, initiative-taking, and thrives in a fast-paced organization where ideas can quickly become reality.
