We at nobox have for sixteen years created technical innovations and digital craftsmanship in WordPress. Over the years, we have grown into a knowledgeable partner with large clients and competent employees. We are now seeking two people to complement our growing sales team. The work is fully remote and we wish to hire two account managers starting in early fall.

About the Position

Today our team consists of two account managers who share responsibility for our clients. We are now looking for two additional employees to complement our team. The group will thus grow twice as large, twice as strong. The daily work spans a broad palette of different tasks. Together, the team contributes in different ways to ensuring our clients are satisfied and that our developers are kept busy with the right things.


Your Experience and Personality

It is important for us that you applying for one of the positions are senior and have worked successfully with similar assignments for a long time. You should understand what it is about, be confident in your role, be able to collaborate with others, know what needs to be done – and be fearless in doing it. This role is about getting things done and working actively with forward momentum. To be frank: you need to sell projects to our developers and be an active project manager in the projects you sell. With us, it’s less talk and more action, which both we and our clients really appreciate.


Working as an Account Manager

The account manager role combines sales and project management, with both parts equally important. We understand that not everyone handles both, but we know you do. It is incredibly important that you have experience selling web solutions at an agency or similar. You will have full responsibility for generating business in line with the company's vision and goals, and it will be clearly noticeable when you succeed. Relationship building is central as you work proactively to identify and solve our clients' web challenges. The role is free and suits someone who is forward-thinking, resourceful, creative, and already has a large network. We know that being positive, solution-oriented, and showing constant forward momentum is a prerequisite for success and fitting into the group.

It is not only important, but a requirement, that you have worked with the web before and have a theoretical understanding of what we do. Listening to our developers talk is like hearing someone speak a foreign language, and we require that you understand it. You have worked in a similar environment before and are familiar with the lingo around different programming languages, servers, functions, and processes, while also having the ability to pedagogically explain what they mean to someone who is not familiar. To thrive in the role, you need to be analytical, resourceful, structured, orderly, and able to keep track of details and a lot of information. We believe you have good self-confidence, know you are skilled, and that your advice makes a difference; you are driven and like to take initiative to move forward. Since its start, nobox has successfully worked as a partner to other companies that work goal-oriented with clients. This includes, for example, advertising or communications agencies, designers, or content producers. We want you to have experience working in groups where you are the central hub.

You have experience conducting public procurements, managing the won framework agreements, and running web projects covered by accessibility laws.
