You do not need experience from the automotive industry. Experience from other customer-facing industries can be equally relevant, especially if you are used to guiding customers through important decisions and building long-term relationships.

Maybe you currently work in customer-facing sales where you guide customers, follow up on deals, and work towards clear goals. Then you may have a very relevant background to succeed with us. We are looking for someone who is confident in customer meetings, works structured, and wants to continue developing in their sales role.

About the role

As a new car salesperson with us, you work towards the private market and meet the customer throughout the entire buying journey, from first contact to long-term relationship.

In this role you will, among other things:

  • guide customers to the right car based on their needs, daily life, and wishes
  • build trust and create long-term customer relationships
  • work systematically in CRM with leads, follow-up, and recontact
  • conduct proactive prospecting over the phone
  • have ongoing contact with customers in the showroom, via phone, and through digital channels
  • familiarize yourself with products, technology, and customer questions
  • contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming customer experience

This is a role for someone who appreciates sales where relationships, quality, and trust are just as important as results.

Valuable experiences

We appreciate if you have experience from customer-facing sales, advisory, or service. This could be from retail, specialty stores, grocery stores, customer service, reception, hotels, travel, banking, insurance, or another role where you are used to understanding customer needs, building trust, and following up on deals.

Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period and the position is filled according to agreement. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement and the position also includes a company car.
