
Field Sales Representative with Drive and Business Focus

Runa Metall is growing and is now looking for a field sales representative who wants to be a key player in our continued development. Our ambition is to become a leading supplier in the Nordic region within material handling, with a particular focus on carts and smart internal logistics.
To achieve this, we need to strengthen the team with a person who can take on the role of field sales representative with great individual responsibility and who is motivated by creating results.
This is an operational and proactive sales role focused on new customer acquisition. You will work systematically to identify new business opportunities, establish contact with relevant decision-makers, and drive deals from the first dialog to closure. You will have support from an established group.
About the role
Active new customer acquisition and field sales
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Work closely with our marketing department on the sales journey
- Work towards clear goals and budgets
- Collaborate closely with production and other functions to create customer-adapted solutions
- Contribute to the development of offerings and working methods
We are looking for someone who
- Thrives with a high pace and great individual responsibility
- Is driven, self-sufficient, and takes initiative
- Has experience with cold calling and field sales
- Has a good ability to build trust with decision-makers
- Is business-minded and result-oriented
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has a valid driver's license (B class)
- Has at least three years of sales experience
- Has experience working towards set budgets and clear sales targets
Meriting
- Experience in B2B, industry, or logistics
- Experience with the business system Pyramid
