ABOUT US

Ez Business Partner is a commercial growth partner based in Stockholm. We help B2B companies establish and grow in the Swedish market through structured outbound sales, meeting booking, and full commercial support.

We are part of a broader Nordic expansion with ambitions beyond Sweden. Stockholm is our base and our starting point.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can both open doors and close deals. Depending on the client assignment, you will either drive the entire sales cycle or focus on qualified meeting booking, handing over warm, well-prepared meetings to the client's own sales team.

You will:

  • Drive outbound prospecting and identify the right decision-makers
  • Book and conduct qualified sales meetings on behalf of our clients
  • Present offers, handle objections, and drive deals to closure
  • Represent clients professionally in the Swedish market
  • Contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong communicator — confident, structured, and persuasive
  • Comfortable with both meeting booking and closing deals
  • Result-driven and motivated by measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable talking to C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Independent and takes ownership
  • Fluent in English and Swedish - additional languages are a big plus
  • Proven experience in B2B sales is a plus
  • Background in finance, business administration, or business development is meritorious
