You will conduct structured conversations with decision-makers and document the answers in a careful and professional manner. The work takes place on-site together with a dedicated team that is passionate about creating valuable connections between education and working life.

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, communicative, and enjoys talking on the phone
• Finds it easy to build trust and relationships
• Is careful and structured in their work
• Has an interest in business, recruitment, and competence supply
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in customer contact, sales, interviewing, or similar is required
