About the role

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships. In the role of phone interviewer, you will contact companies and organizations in the business sector to map their competence needs and future recruitment plans.

You will conduct structured conversations with decision-makers and document the answers accurately and professionally. The work takes place on-site together with an engaged team passionate about creating valuable connections between education and working life.

We are looking for someone who

• Is sociable, communicative, and enjoys talking on the phone
• Finds it easy to build trust and relationships
• Is meticulous and structured in their work
• Has an interest in business, recruitment, and competence provision
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in customer contact, sales, interviewing or similar is a requirement
