About the role

As an Account Manager with us, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure. You build your own pipeline, drive deals forward, and develop customer relationships. The role suits someone who wants significant personal responsibility and direct impact on both your own and the company's growth.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Identify and work on new business opportunities
  • Initiate contact with decision-makers via phone
  • Drive the entire sales process: meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and develop customer relationships
  • Work systematically in a CRM system and follow up on the pipeline

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in B2B sales and is used to driving deals from start to finish
  • Is confident in dialogue with decision-makers and can build trust quickly
  • Is self-driven, results-oriented, and thrives working towards clear goals
  • Has very good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish (English is meritorious)
  • Has an interest in business, innovation, and financing solutions
