Store Manager TCM Tyresö

We are looking for a store manager/unit manager for our large store in Tyresö/Stockholm. You will be responsible for and lead operations in Tyresö with around 15 employees to assist you. The store currently has a turnover of approximately 30 million SEK with great growth potential. You will receive continuous support from management in an organization that is flat and informal. At the same time, you have great influence over the operations. Not least, you are interested in working in a fast-growing company with high pace, great ambitions, and great opportunities. Main responsibilities:

• Daily work on the shop floor as a team leader

About you

To succeed in this role, you have a genuine interest in cycling and knowledge about bicycles. Ideally, you are a cyclist yourself in some form and have an interest in details and technology. You are meticulous and accustomed to working in a structured and efficient manner with personal responsibility. You express yourself very well in speech and writing.

You have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a position of responsibility.
• Good knowledge of bicycles, accessories, and parts.
• Good ability to collaborate in a team.
• Ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership of your projects
• Ability to organize and structure.
• You are strong in communication and keeping the team together.
• The ability to see and act on deviations
• You are 23 years or older.
• The ability to see the customer and ensure their needs are satisfied.
