About the role
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our service operations in Sweden. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams, while coaching and developing your employees. Here, you combine technology, leadership, and business acumen in a dynamic and international environment.
What you will do
- Lead and inspire our service team to peak performance
- Ensure efficient daily operations and smart planning of support work
- Further develop our support processes, case management, and hotline
- Be a key contact for our most important customers and partners
- Work closely with the Country Manager and contribute to business development
- Recruit, onboard, and train new talent
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners (e.g., Huawei)
We believe you have
- Experience in leading teams and creating engagement
- Strong communication skills and good structure in your work
- Technical competence in solar energy (PV), energy storage, or hydrogen
- Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and drive improvements
- Good knowledge of English
- Electrical certification or equivalent is meritorious
