Storby residence is part of the Österby Group, a group comprising five HVB homes in the psychiatric area. Our target group consists of adults with mental disabilities, primarily psychotic disorders. Some also have co-morbidity with substance abuse.

Job description

As the supervisor for Storby residence, you will have an overall managerial responsibility. You will plan, develop, and lead the operations based on applicable legislation, goals, and guidelines, and within the given budget framework. To assist you, you have a stable, open, and positive staff group. We have a well-established working model, but you will still have a degree of freedom in shaping the operations. Therefore, we place great emphasis on personal qualities such as independence, cooperation, and initiative.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker, behavioral scientist, nurse, or has another academic degree of at least 180 credits (120 credits according to the previous system) that the employer deems equivalent. You should have experience in the field. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Working hours and conditions

Extent: 50-75% permanent employment after 6 months of probationary employment. Your approval as supervisor according to Ivo is a condition for permanent employment. An extract from the criminal record will be requested. A B driver's license is required.

Working hours include daytime, Monday to Friday. Telephone duty is added approximately every 9th week.

Start and salary according to agreement.
